Upgraded EGR Coolant Temperature Sensor O-Ring Kit (Gen2 2013+ Vehicles)

If you are already buying the full valley reseal kit, do not buy this because the kit already includes these.

SUS TDI EGR Includes bothnew O-rings used in the coolant temperature sensor for EGR (079919523B) out of upgraded peroxide-cured HNBR material for this position which is suitable for both Oil and coolant temperature sensors.
This HNBR material is coolant grade and has superior compression-set compared with EPDM.

Only the bottom one (WHT002287B ) is available from Audi/VW, the upper O-Ring is not available anywhere.

• Small O-ring closest to tip (WHT002287B) – 5.6x2mm HNBR
• Large O-ring closes to connector – (no OEM availability) – 9xmm HNBR

These may also be used for the same sensor for Oil temperature sensor.

Note, if you are buying similar size O-ring for Coolant sensor from somewhere else, DO NOT buy Viton/FKM seals. These are not appropriate for hot-water applications but are OK for oil.
