Adblue Plug for SAE 6.3mm Quick-Connect (Free 3D Model)

When deleting Adblue/SCR system on 3L TDIs, most owners do not remove the line running from the Adblue tank to the injector at the downpipe.
Leaving this line open may result in the remaining fluid suddenly leaking all over your floor and crystalizing.

This parts plugs into the SUS TDI SAE 1/4?/6.3mm quick-connect to eliminate the risk of leak. Simply install the plug, zip tie the line somwhere safe, and forget about it!

This will work for other TDI applications besides the 3.0 TDI.

3D Printed from US manufactured Carbon-fiber PETG from Atomic Filament.

For those printing at home, Please print in filaments or resins compatible with urea solution with higher ambient temperature compatibility. (PETG, or Nylon on FDM printers, ABS-like resin or better in SLA printers)

No supports required.

Recommended 0.25mm or 0.4mm with <0.15mm layer height on FDM printers.

Recommend >75% infill for durability!
