The OEM sway bar bushings on Cayenne, Touareg, and Q7 models feature a steel HEX integrated into the bar with a matching design molded into the bushings. While this design enhances handling and reduces body roll, it limits suspension articulation by restricting sway bar rotation.
Our redesigned sway bar bushings and proprietary mounts solve this issue by incorporating a built-in grease fitting for easy maintenance. Tested in both wet and dry off-road conditions, these bushings eliminate sway bar tension without sacrificing on-road performance. The result is enhanced flexibility for off-road adventures and a smoother, more controlled ride on-road.

Sway Bar Bushing Sizes:
We currently offer bushings for OEM sway bars in the following sizes: 32mm, 35mm, 37mm, and 38mm.
If your sway bar thickness is within ±1mm of these sizes, choose the closest option.
Example: If your sway bar measures 37.2mm in diameter, select the 37mm option.
